So here we are at the last couple days that we have of this month. It has been a fun and interesting journey to take this month to try and become healthier, and I think I have learned a lot. I will probably go more in-depth into what I learned as either my last article of the month or the first of my June posts. I am also going to start thinking of new topics to blog about here.

Today I just had a long walk with Scruffy. I have been really tired lately due to the lack of sleep for the past few days due to the retreat and early shifts at work right after. Time to get back into working out again. I also need new running shoes =(
