Today I am just a day away from going halfway through this month of eating healthier and being more active. I have to admit that this weekend was a little of a cheat since Saturday we went to take Jeannie’s brother, Christian, to watch the Avengers and we had some popcorn. The homemade vietnamese food we ate also is not the best food to eat, with all the sodium being consumed, but at least it was homemade. I will make up for it on Monday when I try and go for a longer run.
Either way, I am glad that I have been able to eat healthier than I normally would for the past two weeks and have been more active. I have yet to weigh myself since last week, but I will probably do it tomorrow morning to see what my results are since last week.
